BOOK SALES

The Friends and Foundation of Albany Public Library (FFAPL) host a weekly book sale from June through October behind the Delaware Branch, as well as occasional other sales at the Delaware Branch and other branches.

SUMMER 2024 SALES:

Book Sales every Tuesday in conjunction with the Delaware Community Farmers Market. The market should start this year on Tuesday June 21. 4pm – 7pm from June – mid-Sept. 3pm – 6pm from late September until November. The weekly Farmers’ Market sells fresh affordable fruits, veggies, prepared goods, and other products from local farmers… and now books, too!

OUR PRICES:

We sell most books for $2. Children’s books are 3/$2 at our summer sale.
At our special sales, we also have coffee and tea for $1, and we usually have free brownies, fresh baked by Friends of the library.

DONATE:

We will also accept donations of books, cds, and dvds all summer long. Drop off at the Delaware Branch. In March, we also accept donations of poetry books.
