We at the Friends and Foundation of the Albany Public Library are proud to announce our first in-person, real life event in months! At this event, Elisa Albert will be reading from her “O Small-Bany!” cycle of essays at the Washington Park Soldiers’ Monument on Saturday, July 25th from 5PM to 6:30PM. This event is free to attend, but it is weather permitting, so let’s hope for clear skies!
Please be sure to keep social distancing in mind while attending this event by keeping a six feet distance from each other at all times and wearing a mask. By following these guidelines you are ensuring the safety of yourself and those around you. And if you are able to, please bring a chair with you to relax in while listening to Albert read! We will be providing a few folding chairs, but we may not have enough for all attendees, so, we would appreciate it if you brought your own.
