Albany Public Library is turning 100! Celebrations will begin on May 21st – Albany Public Library Day – and continue through October 21st.

Big announcement, friends… we’re turning 100!!!

To celebrate, on Sunday, May 21, we’re shutting down Schuyler street in front of the Howe Branch and throwing a huge block party! And we’d just love for you to come out and party with us. pic.twitter.com/4ktGKcfcAx

#KeepAlbanyConnected is the name for all of our efforts to expand free APL WiFi to serve more people and places in Albany. This includes the library's WiFi in the Parks project to our project to purchase outdoor WiFi access points for APL locations, to the APL-AHA Digital Inclusion Partnership.
